Joan Fossum

New Hampshire Chair

Joan has been actively involved with handbells for more than 30 years. She is the Musical Director of the Granite State Ringers, a statewide community choir. Joan has studied handbells with Don Allured and she has served as director of music at South Congregational Church, Concord, NH and Northwood, NH Congregational Church. Joan is the Educational Consultant with the New Hampshire Department of Education, enjoys singing with Concord, NH Chorale and spending time with her granddaughter, Christina.
